‘I am a printmaking artist, using old-fangled techniques to create contemporary prints with oil- or water-based inks. Through etching, linocut, cyanotype or collagraph I explore the quiet aspects of Welsh landscape and wildlife. I hope my images evoke a strong connection with this land and the increasingly fragile life that depends upon it.’

Marion Rose learnt etching skills at the Royal Drawing School London and is otherwise self-taught. She has exhibited in London and in Wales, including the Mid Wales Print Fair. Open all year by appointment – please ring or whatsapp.
