Fibre as a traditional medium continues to be developed in a contemporary manner by the members of the group Fibre Art Wales. Fibre Art Wales’ latest exhibition, ‘Fibre Voices’ celebrates the 10th anniversary of the group. For this exhibition each artist has been asked to produce between one to four pieces of work; the pieces range from large tapestries and hangings to minuscule embroideries, from fibre installations to 3D sculptures. Official opening 3pm on Saturday 20 June. Ucheldre Centre, Millbank, Holyhead, LL65 1TE (01407 763361), Monday-Saturday 10am-5pm, Sunday 2-5pm.
