I’ll Show You Mine If You Show Me Yours

Following last year’s enjoyable evening we continue with the idea of an AGM with a difference.  We want to keep the business side to absolute minimum, say 15 minutes, and make it an opportunity for members to share and show examples of their work over the past year.  We envisage it being a highly informal event with the opportunity to display sketchbooks, drawings, photographs, paintings, publications  or other work throughout the room.  For the performing arts we will have a couple of TVs and a projector if anyone wanted to show CD/DVD/Videos.  In addition there will be an opportunity for up to 10 volunteers to talk/perform/sing for a maximum 5 minutes; please complete pink form and return as soon as possible (obtainable from Ucheldre Centre). The rough timetable is as follows:
               Venue: Ucheldre Centre,  Holyhead.    Date: Thursday 27 September 2007
         Timings:  5.30pm doors open – lay out/set up work, 6pm mingle, browse, munch and drink, 7pm start
