Photographs, paintings, film, and memorabilia tell the story of the ancient Common of Tywyn Trewan, an area in north-west Anglesey between the Inland Sea and Rhosneigr. There the quiet beach of Cymyran adjoins RAF Valley, one of the busiest airfields in Britain, built in 1941 to protect the Western approaches. During its construction the iron age hoard of Llyn Cerrig Bach was discovered. The local community, with the help of local primary schools, invite you to come and find out more about an area where ancient and modern meet.
